In early Sept, 2019 we bent the Dura Flap mudflap on our 2018 Tiffin Phaeton. We telephoned Metra RV Center and spoke to Jacob, who agreed to look at it. When we arrived Jacob and Eric quickly removed the mudflap, straightened it, and re-installed it. My offer to pay for it was declined by Jacob who said “we’ll catch you next time”. We recommend Metra RV Center for their courtesy, immediate attention to our problem, and a quick economical fix. - Sue

We were having some issues with our fridge as we were passing through Billings. I googled an rv place and Metra RV came up. I pulled in and asked if they could quickly take a look at it. Don was amazing to work with through the entire experience . The interaction was enjoyable. After walking in and out of over 100 campers, 7+ dealerships and hours of online searching… I was exhausted with the hype/ pitch… sign here attitude. Not once with Don!!!! He listened to what I wanted, gave me options…and inserted humor… and lead me to exactly what I was requesting.
Shayne was the first “finance” guy that was helpful! Kind, thorough, and pleasant during my whole process.

Great service at this RV Center. My roof vent was in need of replacement, after a severe thunderstorm, and Metra RV Center was able to get me right in. I contacted several other shops in Billings, one stated that they were booked for 3 months out, and could not get me in. Metra RV service center provided excellent service, all around, I highly recommend. - Lo
My wife and I just purchased a Brookstone fifth wheel from Metra RV. They were excellent to work with! We never felt pressured or that we were told half truths just to get a sale. Don showed us several units until we found the one that work for us. He was a delight to work with. The finance department took good care of us, all totally painless. After purchasing the RV they scheduled a walk through, or ‘camper college’ as the call it, to show us how everything on our new trailer worked. They answered every question thoroughly and competently.
