Q.) Are there any incentives for return customers?

A.) Absolutely, anyone that buys a camper from Metra RV Center gets 10% off
parts and service.

Q.) I didn't buy our camper from you, but will you still cover my warranty?

A.) We can help with warranty claims with most companies and extended
warranty polices. Best thing to do is give us a call with your warranty
information and we can do our best to help you get your repairs covered.

Q.) Our motorhome broke down, do you work on them?

A.) We only work on the camper portion of your motorhome. If you are having
trouble with anything having to do with the chasis such as the motor, you will
need to go to the manufacturer of the chasis; i.e. Ford, Chevy, Dodge, etc.

Q.) We have an older camper that needs parts, can you still get parts for the older
models?

A.) Many of the parts on the older campers will cross reference with generic
replacements parts. Some parts are harder to get after about 10 years, but most of
the time we can come up with a solution to get you back in working order.

Q.) I need to replace the vent lids on top of my camper, how do I know which one
to get?

A.) Most vents are 14 x 14". The differences between the vents are the style of the
hinge, height, and color. The hinges are three main styles, the long hinge (going
from corner to corner), the short hinge (about 9 1/2" long), and the tabbed lid with
a thin rod that slides though tabs on the lid and tabs on the base.

The best way to make sure you are getting the correct vent lid would be to bring
in the old one or what is left of your old one. We can help you match it with
what is available.

Q.) I have decals and fender skirts to replace on my camper. What is the best way
to get those ordered?

A.) The best way to get anything like siding, decals, fender skirts, etc. ordered is
by taking a picture of the entire side of the camper, and close up pictures of each
item you wish to order. This way we can better comunicate with the
manufacturers to insure you get the correct part ordered in a timely manner.

Measurements such as length, width, and height are also very helpful.
